Our Story

My name is Guillaume Gauvain. Originally from France, I left my country when I was nineteen to study in the US. 
 
My wife and I founded an organization in China which helps children who are visually impaired. Since then the organization has expanded to the Philippines, India and Nicaragua with eye screening programs. We have started and managed different companies such as real estate rentals, a bakery, a social enterprise store, and a marketing agency.

I saw that my experience in management could be used in varied fields like non-profits and business, especially since I had to build our organization from the ground up.

My wife and I ended up writing a book about entrepreneurship and enjoy coming along side entrepreneurs.

You may have heard the saying "I built my business with my own two hands". Well nothing could be further from the truth. No one makes it alone. No matter what you do, if you have experienced some kind of success, you had to rely on others either to loan you money, or a team to sell your product, or a friend to give you a piece of advice that made a difference, or simply a mom or a dad who might have been the only one to believe in you. Whatever the case may be, there are always people around who make what we do possible. 

 

Likewise, along the road I have had the pleasure to work with very talented people who are part of my team of content creators, and professional experts in their fields.  If I can't help you personally, I will find someone who can.
